If I am going a more budget build is Impulsive Pilferer used in conjuction with Skirk Prospector/Ashnod's Altar worth it for the extra mana? Is Pyre of Heroes good enough as a tutor for Skirk Prospector or is the upfront mana way too much(Imperial Recruiter doubled in price). Also any updated on how Jeska's Will feels?

Still nothing on Jeska's Will. That card will need to be tested in actual games. I will eventually get a result, and I'll probably swap out Battle Hymn for it.

Impulsive Pilferer is a decent 1-mana goblin, and should be good on a budget. But don't just think about if it will be good with an altar out. How good will it be to you without the altar?

As for Pyre of Heroes, I wouldn't use it, because it is a really high upfront cost. If you already have Goblin Recruiter and Goblin Matron you should be fine.

Why you don't include Simian Spirit Guide?
If the game is supposed to be short, it gives an additional mana for free. Its also a good drop if you already have the wheel in your hand

I briefly go over this while discussing Infernal Plunge. Truth be told, most ritual effects don't make the cut. If they only net one additional mana they're not worth the card slot, considering that there is already Brightstone Ritual, Jeska's Will, Battle Hymn, and Dockside Extortionist.

What about Urza’s Saga and Liquimetal Torque?

Both of these are cards that I'm working on slotting in. Urza's Saga can easily get me either mana ramp or Skullclamp, although I'm a little worried about including another colorless land. Liquimetal Torque acts as a way for artifact removal to become anything removal. Also useful.

While I'm thinking about these changes I'm also trying to finally fit in Deflecting Swat and Pyroblast.

Subira is honestly one of my favourite cards in krenko, I am glad to see that you included it, especially because not many other people use it. Is hobgoblin bandit lord worth it in this deck?

I've considered it but haven't tried it out yet. I would swap out Gempalm Incinerator for this card. There are a number of downsides however. There are a number if things that need to be on the battlefield for Hobgoblin Bandit Lord to work. First is a haste enabler (or to get the bandit lord out really early) and then you also need Krenko on the battlefield and able to tap for a decent amount of goblins. All of this is ignoring the up-front mana cost. The advantage to Hobgoblin Bandit Lord is that it's repeatable creature removal.

So I'm not sure how well it would work.

I think that a Krenko, thin street kingpin could be useful even tho I haven’t tried

Is wild magic surge worth considering or is it too volatile?

I'm not sure, but I'm going to do something soon to figure that out.
