Maybe try Metallic Mimic instead of Aggressive Urge and something else. Cool deck idea!

Looks like a great budget deck (no fancy lands, etc), and I like -1/-1 counters decks :)

If you find you have enough draw with the blood fast, consider replacing aggressive urge with 3x nest of scarabs - the 1/1 insects can come in handy to chump block deathtouch attackers or indestructible gods; they can also catch the counters from some of your crocs while replacing themselves. Fits in budget, too.

Thanks for sharing your idea!
http://deck.tk/1PJd2YnD - Krokodil; my favorite Standard deck which focuses on -1/-1 counter synergy; currently illegal due to ban on attune. I'm brewing a post ban version...

Standard decks I'm trying:

http://deck.tk/94QF5WSF - Booty Sac

Hi guys I actually thought about nest of scarabs but figured it’d be better to just keep drawing into threats but it’s definitely a sideboard option for drawn out games and board stalls, as for metallic mimic I mulled that idea over but it really is still quite expensive and I wanted to keep this deck as budget as possible, thanks for the input though guys much appreciated

Well this isn't would unfortunately not be permitted in a tribal deck since it has less than 70% crocs in it... cool Idea though!

I have created a similar deck myself - link below if you are interested

Ha didn't realize there were such rules on this type of thing to be honest, I just wanted to make a fun budget deck for newbies lol
