This is just semantics, but B typically represents Black, while U is Blue.

Deeproot Waters might play well with such a low curve, making 1 mana into 2 dudes past turn 4.

Instead of Scheming, maybe try Lead the Stampede. It can grab more dudes to hand rather than setting up some turns.
