The last thing you can do is not so much changes to your deck, but changes to other people's decks.

Hear me out. Magic is a much more social game than people think, and this is very relevant in commander. Politics are important, even in cEDH. With enough smooth-talking, you can convince your opponents to destroy a stax piece that is messing both of you up.

But you can go beyond this. Chances are, there are other people who also don't like these stax effects. Outside the game, see if you can emphasize that the meta needs more artifact destruction to deal with stax. Even if it doesn't, you can still smooth-talk someone into adding more removal.
