Just looking at ur mana base I can tell this wouldn't do well in competitive EDH. And you're focused too much on life gain, Oloro is a stax commander. That's the only thing he does well. Here's my Oloro deck for ideas

I'm very surprised Oloro is used as a stax commander, I feel he is a better combo/instant win commander

Sanguine Bond + Exquisite Blood
Aetherflux Reservoir, Test of Endurance & Felidar Sovereign
Approach of the Second Sun + Lim-Dul's Vault

I could see taking the combo's and add more stax effect's & draw/tutor to smooth draws, any thoughts?

Stax still wins with combo. He supports stax because you gain life just for running him. Pure combo decks have commanders that are part of the combo or directly support it, which Oloro does not do
