I am also currently running a Nicol Bolas discard deck :)  I do like your idea of Reverberating the discard spells. 
I run Extra Arms so that Bolas can force 2 players to discard their hands.
I like Unnerve and Mind Swords.  Each one makes EVERY opponent lose 2 cards from their hands.
