First off. Disallow! that counterspell is much better than most the others. It even stops a planeswalker trigger. Stopping a planeswalker from ulting is powerful and disruptive. Secondly. Regal needs to be sideboarded. Look at the blue gearhulk for flashback of a counterspell. Teferi is strong. I might add him to my deck for draw... MIGHT... to test him out. you do not need 4 damping sphere's for sideboard. 2 at most there. take out Censor to run more Essence shatters and fumigates. Ixalan's Bindings should be mainboard. That card saved me from Chandra, Torch of Defiance. I also run 27 land instead of 25.
