Equip the Famished Paladin with Socerer's Wand and give him lifelink with Prepare // Fight.
Control the board with Blink of an eye, Ixalan's Binding, Seal Away and Cast Out.
Use Snubhorn Sentry for block creatures in early game and use in for attack in late.

Yes, Opt is a good card, but I have 22 cards only to choose excluding lands and combo's cards

Ah so it's a high roll deck. If you draw famished, wand, and prepare you win. Well only if famished sticks to the board for a turn, so you also need to draw negate. So you need to draw exactly 4 cards to win, and loose every other game. Seems good.
