As judge, you just announce how long you are giving for entries, and whether or not you will allow non-canon Tribes as entries (although I believe Vikings have fallen under the warrior sphere

We can extend it, though I think I'll just start judging what's already submitted now, but not rank anyone till the rest of the submissions are in

While we're in that vein, I'm not judging correct wording/syntax, as long as the card is understandable, right?

I think this one isn’t going to be as popular. My theory: it’s complicated. For a community competition, something this specific might be a bit much for all but the most dedicated. Having said that, I agree that Vikings would be cool XD

Go for it. Currently, there are only three eyes in Magic; Evil Eye of Orms-by-Gore, Evil Eye of Urborg, and Spy Eye.
