play keld when your hand is low or dont want the cards(s) and you can start anew next turn and burn them more when it gets three counters

He just released in M19 so he legal now. Spoiler was just released. Guttersnipe is ridiculous with The Flame of Keld. 8 damage for 1 mana with shock that's sick!
