Toxic Deluge is better than Fire Covenant

Yeah but Fire Covenant is at instant speed. If I Cascade into Toxic Deluge with Yidris, I cannot pay any life and it become useless. With Fire Covenant, however, I can still pay some life if I cascade into it

Ideally you dont have enough 4cmc spells to worry about it, and you'll likely hit something cheaper first. It's too fringe to be worth running a card that is so much worse in this deck.

I wouldn't play Notion Thief, Gush, FoW, Sylvan Library, Mind's Desire, the signets, high tide, or any counterspells higher than 1cmc

Any card on this deck is important. Thé signets helps me fix my mana ans also work reallu well against stax strategies like Winter Orb. Notion Thief is against any sources of wheel effects. He helps me drawing more cards. Sylvan Library is a fantastic card draw engine who help me find the cards that will protect my combo. Gush is the must for the combo.
The deck win with Yidris with Big cascade value like Mind's desire and Aetherflux Reservoir. Or, if the doors are completely opens, run Doomsday for the win

Mind'a Desire wont give you cascade triggers because the cards must be cast from your hand. Trust me I play Yidris Storm competitively.

My build too, it depends on the metagame but for me, there is a lot of stax player and players who play Narset, Enlightened Master as a commander and cards like Armageddon, Ravages of War, etc.
But I'm gonna consider your build and think about some upgrades for my build. I'm just gonna buy the cards that I haven't yet for the test and try it out !
