Dragon Tempest is a house at removing pesky lifepoints and creatures. So is
Scourge of Valkas.
Either of those +
Utvara Hellkite and an attack makes for some powerful swings that remove blockers before they can block, or just
zap life totals away.
Lots of cost reducers to make big dragons playable. Some small things also to help curve out.
Mind Stone is both ramp and card draw, which I think is really important. If you get stuck on 4 mana and a bunch of dragons, this might help you draw into something more useful.
Shivan Dragon is here for being Iconic. Otherwise would probably get cut for a basic
mountain.
Looksing for advice to make it run smoother. Maybe some more filtering or draw, preferably on theme.
