Hello, Marthiago! I have given it a few rounds of testing, and I feel like it overall works well as a budget deck in a group with like-minded folk. It can do pretty well late game, since many of the cards can combo for very strong effects (I love panharmonicon + warstorm surge with lathliss on the field), although the early game does feel a bit awkward - it tends to be a slight waiting game, since a lot of the dragons are higher CMC. Overall though, I didn't die much because if this problem - the main decks that you need to be wary of with this are decks that try to kill by commander damage, as most other casual decks can't pull the 40 by the time this pops off.
