I think you are missing 2 things:

1. Something to discard the Narcomeba when you draw it

2. Bone Dragon

That's my point. Narco is blue, and there are 0 blue mana sources in this deck. So if you draw it, best to have some way to discard it for some value rather than hold a dead card forever.

You could probably take out the gates and replace them with either Watery Grave or Drowned Catacomb. That way you can at least cast that Nacromeba. Probably not worth the dip in blue unless you fully commit.

And the Demir Guild has plenty of good self milling cards in black, like Doom Whisperer.  Just search for black cards with Surveil in the deck builder.  There are good options, including a kill card that is 4 cmc, unless targeting a legendary, in which case cmc is 2.
