21~26 is what I do generally for a 60cards deck.

25 maybe one too much, but your deck is at 65 cards so I think it's fine.

My advices would be to go down to 60 cards as much as possible and remove 1 or 2 land in the process , and try to play 2~4 copy of the same card instead of multiples "1of" . this will grant you "better draws" : more chances to get the card you need at the right time. but I know you may have to use 1of due to restrictions on the cards you own (or other reasons).

Thank you for the reply, Unfortunately I don't have 4 of many of the cards yet. I just bought my first cards from a thrift store here in town last week. I went to a game store last-night and played in  the welcome deck thing. I just learned to play yesterday at the game store.

As I thougt :) Welcome to MTG then , and take it easy : the learning curve is pretty steep early on.
