UBRG Standard Dredge without Dredge

The game plan here is to get cards in the graveyard fast, and to make use of them. I'm not great at deck building, and this deck, in its current form, is a bit cluttered. I'd definitely appreciate any advice or recommendations.

This deck seems all over the place, and I find it hard to believe that any deck would want 3 lanowar elves or 2 narcomeoba.  Check out frank karsten's manabase article on channel fireball. Hint: cut elves.
