i like the idea, but there is a big fumble: when your opponent has no creatures.

the suggestion is: do another winning option.
you got all the stuff to take creatures and sac it. may you don´t need that much.
go for grixis pirates: captivating crew, angrath, act - for stealing creatures - Ruthless Knave f.e. for sac, some counter and remouval or burn.

Instead on focusing on an alternate win con, you could always just give your opponent creatures with things like Dowsing Dagger.

For playing against no-creatures decks card like Hunted Horror or Hunted Dragon might be handy. These give you beefy creature with disadvantage of opponent getting also some creature(s) - which you can then steal and sac.

I tried this deck with few changes and it's so funny!! Opponents don't expect this kind of deck on standard, at least on MTG Arena, where I use to play. Very very funny and has chances against all metagame decks. Against control Teferi I play some dispruption, or Rite of Belzenlok, which has sinergy with the deck also, and Siege-Gang Commander , who puts tokens to sacrifice, do damage, etc.

@jigsaw I think the idea here is to play Act of Treason, Hijack or the ability of Captivating Crew and only then use other cards to sacrifice the stolen creature. I've been using this combo in Arena and it works nicely.
