Look at all opponents hands then if any player has a spell that counters this card force them to play it ignoring mana cost.  If this card is countered win the game.  If it is not summon a 5/1 Red black and green vampire dragon cat with lifelink trample haste and flying it dies at the end of the turn when it dies scry 15.  You can only cast this spell once a game.

All creatures are Knights in addition to their other types.

This one is subtle. It breaks the layers of effects. Type changing effects are applied first, then abilities are added. But because of the ability ordering of the card, All knights gain double strike, then everything becomes a knight (and loses out on the gain doublestrike ability)

-30 Add a card of each color and color combination to your hand from all players graveyards if you picked up 2 or more 5 color cards cast any card you got instead with out paying its mana cost.

U could be right on that interaction tho, I'm no L2 judge. Maybe make it an instant ;) instants granting permanent keyword effects (especially with that interaction, which would for sure work on an instant bc they resolve abilities in order) are $$$$. There's like one that I know of.

I could be wrong also :p Effect Layers are weird and complicated.

I was going by rule 613
613.1a Layer 1: Copy effects are applied. See rule 706, “Copying Objects.”
613.1b Layer 2: Control-changing effects are applied.
613.1c Layer 3: Text-changing effects are applied. See rule 612, “Text-Changing Effects.”
613.1d Layer 4: Type-changing effects are applied. These include effects that change an object’s card type, subtype, and/or supertype.
613.1e Layer 5: Color-changing effects are applied.
613.1f Layer 6: Ability-adding effects, ability-removing effects, and effects that say an object can’t have an ability are applied.
613.1g Layer 7: Power- and/or toughness-changing effects are applied.


Knight creatures have Double Strike.
 - This is a Layer 6 effect
All creatures are Knights in addition to their other types.
 - This is a Layer 5 effect coming after a Layer 6

From my understanding is all knights that are currently knights get double strike.  Then everything else becomes a knight and then those gain double strike.  Order would only matter on a permanent if it said something like when this enters the battlefield all knights gain double strike, or all knights currently on the field gain double strike, or all knights gain double strike then do x.
The way its currently worded order doesn't matter.

Yes.  A blank text box.

(Submitted by Olle Rade when he won the first Invitational.  The story is that he submitted a string of unprintable cards (unprintable for a variety of reasons) believing that Wizards would never print a player submitted suggestion anyway.  After the next couple Invitational winners got printed cards, he finally submitted Sylvan Safekeeper.)
