Simple:
Rule N° 1: Counter that spell!
Rule n° 2 get as many wizards as u can, use Information Dealer and Teferi, temporal Archmage to ordain your library, Arcanis the Omnipotent and Azami, lady of Scrolls to draw cards.
Rule N°3: get as many turns as u can!
Isochron Scepter with Time Walk, copy spells with Naru Meha, Master Wizard, and finish him with Emrakul, the Aeons Torn

Dude, you can't put time walk on Isocron scepter. It's a sorcery.
