I understand your sideboard is more a wish list.
Force of Will and Pteramander are ok, but Mental Misstep is banned in Legacy.
Daze is better than Force Spike, Cursecatcher too.
Other common counterspells are Spell Snare and Spell Pierce.
Snapcaster Mage is better than Mission Briefing (provided you have the money  :D).
Nice cards to dig through your deck are Impulse and Peer Through Depths.
Jace, Vryn's Prodigy is another good card to recycle your spells.
Alternatively, you can go Faeries with Spellstutter Sprite, Vendilion Clique and maybe Faerie Impostor.
The best 3-drop creture in blue is True-Name Nemesis.
