It's interesting but some how unplayable even thought it's 3.64 avg. Is not the worst I have seen for a dragon deck but it's still high. You really need to make it lighter than that and organize your strategies here. I do have my self a dragon deck you can check it out and have some ideas and also my brother he's playing some green dragon's in he's deck.

hi,
fiery temper works well with sarkhan, fireblood, but you just got 1. draconic roar would be better for a Dragon-deck and/or a couple of spitflame
i think it is playable (you missed some lands, ain't you?), you can cut the Dragon whisperer for remouval, then you can Play it as a more controlling deck in the first rounds and later start to cast your mighty Dragons ...
