Exalted BW Deck, is it legal for modern ?

Is this deck legal for Modern or Standart Championships ?
I wanna play it on Modern FNM, but I dont know if its legal or whats the problem here.

Yes, your deck is Modern legal.  No, it is not standard legal.  However, if you wanted to make it standard legal you would only have to change the Doom Blade, Go for the Throat, and Seize the Initiative.
