Enjoy learning magic! My first deck was black/blue zombies in innastrad. Mardu looks like it would be something you like. Red burn and black kill spells is always fun. Enjoy!

Your deck dont have focus, you need to choose a card and a way to win, and put more cards with the same name, because the chance to draw a card to colaborate with the mechanic is to low

I would say along the same lines you should look at having a couple playsets in the deck (4 of the same card) and with that you can get more focused on a strategy to work for a win.

I recommend you to drop to 20-22 lands, 26 is too much.
You'll need some dual lands too (such as Dragonskull Summit) to improve your mana base.
Then remove all your instants, they're pretty bad (apart from Built to Smash, maybe).
You need some removals, something like Doom Blade or Lightning Strike (forget about Tidy Conclusion). Let's say 6 total among them.
You have several cards that care about artifacts, but not enough artifacts to support them. You have to fix this.
I'd say the best cards in you deck are Night Market Lookout and Spireside Infiltrator. Up those copies to respectively 4 and 3.
Add more stuff on that line too. Some examples: Pulse Tracker, Vicious Conquistador...
Noxious Gearhulk and Chief of the Foundry are quite valuable cards. If you ever decide to give them out, be sure it ain't for cheap.
