Ravnica Allegiances Pre-Release plans

Thinking of going 2 Headed Giant Pre-Release on Sunday.  Wondered which 2 Guilds everyone thinks would work best together in the set as two separate decks...

Gruul and Rakdos would be my choice.

I think Simic and Azorious provide the right amount of aggro and control, and they share a color for a slightly larger card pool on both ends

So played Simic with my partner playing Azorius.  We won every round.  My partner had two Azorius Knight-Arbiter that did abit of damage, but the heaviest damage came from Steeple Creeper (I ran 3 copies).  With Biomancer's Familiar (my promo card), flying became much more cost friendly for them.

My son and one of his friends went to a LGS near their college in VA, they ran Gruul and Rakdos at my suggestion. They had some trouble playing an Azorius/Simic deck but they won all 7 rounds. They said Riot appeared to be broken in the pre-release format.
