In my opinion kumena would be a better commander, but this deck looks great overall !

If you play kumena as commander you should play Simic Ascendancy  too

I actually think you're right. Really only made Kiora the commander because I've been going through a phase of trying to build EDH decks around Planeswalkers other than the current Legal as Commander ones. But Kiora was pretty underwhelming so I just replaced her with the Simic Ascendancy
