theory for a Kaalia Deck wouldn't mind hearing some suggestions

This deck seems fine, it's just the land base that needs some work. You have a lot of lands that enter the battlefield tapped, without any way for them to enter untapped. So the lands that I think you should get rid of are Barren Moor, Bojuka Bog, Forgotten Cave, Nomad Outpost, Orzhov Guildgate, Rakdos Guildgate, Rupture Spire, Scoured Barrens, Sejiri Steppe, Teetering Peaks, Terramorphic Expanse, Wind-Scarred Crag.

Let's replace them. It seems like you're on a bit of a budget, so my suggestions to choose from are Battlefield Forge, Caves of Koilos, Exotic Orchard, Concealed Courtyard, Inspiring Vantage, Dragonskull Summit, Isolated Chapel, Clifftop Retreat, Smoldering Marsh, Shadowblood Ridge, Graven Cairns, Foreboding Ruins, Tainted Field, Tainted Peak.

Shalai, Voice of Plenty is not legal in this deck, because your commander is RWB and Shalai has an activated abbility that needs green mana to activate it. So Shalai hasn't the colours of your commander.

Agree with other comments about land. Need more lands that come into the battle field untapped. I've found mana to be a bit of an issue in my Kaalia deck, specifically ramping. Also missing a Sol Ring and Gilded Lotus, commander staples.
Bojuka bog does have some utility, so I'd put it at the bottom of the list of lands that ETB tapped to be replaced.

Also several creatures in the deck that aren't an angel, demon or dragon which may work against the synergy of the deck. Suggest looking into replacing them with those types.

I agree about getting the mana fix, also when it comes to the non-angel, demon or dragon types their there because I think they're affects make them worth it like grand abolisher protects me on my turn. I took out boros charm and put in a quicksilver amulet. I also took out an intrepid hero for sol ring. When you say I have several creatures that aren't demon, dragon, or angel, can you list them for me please because I can only see 4

Iroas, Grand Abolisher, Intrepid Hero, Royal Assassin. Royal Assassin and Intrepid hero don't fit with the deck and aren't costed well with conditional removal. Suggest replacing with other Angel, Dragon or Demons, or better removal e.g. Hero's Downfall, Slaughter Pact, Murder, Dreadbore, Go for the Throat, even Doom Blade. Chaos Warp is good for getting rid of non-creature permanents.

Grand Abolisher has a nice affect, but doesn't fit with your deck, which is dropping creatures and attacking, not control. Iroas is nice, but I'm not sure of its usefulness. I'm on the fence, but leaning towards replacing. Same with Orims Chant. Don't see the value or synergy with the deck, just a random white control spell.

Lightning Bolt and Never//Return could also be replaced with better spot removal (see above) or with more board wipes e.g. Day of Judgment, Wrath of God (both 4 mana which is less than Crux of FateCrux of Fate, and cheap) Damnation - an expensive card, but there are heaps of board wipes in black and white. Black Sun's Zenith will get around indestructible creatures.

Not sold on the Darksteel Plate either. Lightning Greaves and Swiftfoot boots are essential to protecting Kaalia and other key creatures, but I don't see the value in Darksteel Plate. Similarly with Whispersilk Cloak. Most of your creatures have flying passively, which gives them some evasion.

I don't have my Kaalia deck on me at the moment, but I'll pick up and see what else it runs for other suggestions.

Ok for changes I have went with the following

1. replaced royal assassin with doom blade
2. replace orim's chant with day of judgment
3. intrepid hero replaced with sol ring.
4. replaced shalai, voice of plenty with quicksilver amulet.

on a side note is there a way I can post the updated deck on here so it can be viewed sorry I'm new to the forum so IDK how it works lol

I will keep abolisher in the deck just because I like it lol, darksteel plate will remain until I get a Lighting greaves.

My thoughts, with the disclaimer that I play at a casual table:

Grand Abolisher stops opponents from countering Kaalia, allows you to equip Kaalia before opponents can play removal, prevents combat tricks from being used against Kaalia, and can swing for two damage when opponents don't have a creature to block. I'd say keep it.

Intrepid Hero and Royal Assassin are repeatable removal - they force opponents to use removal on themselves instead of Kaalia, or to play around the conditions of their abilities. Good for you either way. I'd say keep them.

To keep Kaalia from running out of steam early, some card draw might be useful. Underworld Connections can provide an extra card every turn for one mana (the opportunity cost of tapping the land it enchants) and one life. Bloodgift Demon can be played with Kaalia's ability and provide an extra card every turn for one life. Harvester of Souls can be played with Kaalia's ability and provide an extra card whenever a nontoken creature dies.

How spicy are you feeling?  Armageddon spicy?  It's pretty mean with a Boros Charm.  Especially if you have a full grip of lands because you have been saving the results of your land tax triggers.   

Be nice to your friends though, only use it when you have a shot at winning.  Our playgroup has a gentlemen's agreement, if you destroy all lands and DON'T win in two turns.... you drink a Zima...  out of shame.  Same rule applies to kicked Cyclonic Rifts.
