Blood Funnel.

Also, weird question: are we allowed contraptions?

From the rules of the game when it was posted:
Citazione
- Any card can be named, regardless of legality.

I would say that means yes to contraptions.

We have 19 cards and 8 lands. I'm not sure if I'm going to do my contraption idea, because we would need a minimum of 15 contraptions. Instead I'll do Nullstone Gargoyle for today.

//Commander
1 Mishra, Artificer Prodigy

//Lands
1 Badlands
1 Bloodstained Mire
1 Cascade Bluffs
1 Graven Cairns
1 Polluted Delta
1 Sunken Ruins
1 Underground Sea
1 Volcanic Island

//Spells
1 Blood Funnel
1 Counterspell
1 Mana Crypt
1 Nether Void
1 Planar Chaos
1 Possibility Storm
1 Praetor's Grasp
1 Sol Ring

//Creatures
1 Grand Architect
1 Nullstone Gargoyle
1 Pili-Pala

Sorry for the late response, I've been busy lately.

As for contraptions, I know I said all cards are legal, but since contraptions don't go into a separate deck, I'm gonna have to say no to them.
Otherwise, things could escalate, adding in schemes, conspiracy's, ect.
If we allow things outside of the 99, this might never end.
Sorry.

Aside from the one typo - thins should be this - I think it is how it was meant.
+ represents the word 'positive'.

Correct. Also, this is why you proof read, kids.
