 I was trying to balance things such as the turbo fog aspect with the mill aspect, grand arbiter doesn't really fit either of these.
Plus with the amount of draw it is likely to be seen once the deck is online.

With WAR being released I plan to revisit the deck to improve things like resilience to burn and extra tax effects by using some of the new planeswalkers.
