Than you need more Lands and your instant and sorcery casts must be low in there costs and efective. your dragons have a high manarate.
But you can play two Mwonvuli Acid-Moss in your sidebord, if you play vs a fast aggrodeck

I think you dont need Arbor Elf, becauce your main mana have to be red. play more Mountains

In this case i will try 4x atarka dragonlord instead of ardor elf

In your opinion I cold play 2 rhythm of the wild instead of abrupt decay to speed up or power up my dragons?

yes you can or you play Dragon Tempest

in this deck a Dragon Tempest would be more useful than a Rhythm of the Wild.
Also you could play Hellkite Overlord
