Muzzle and Defang are placeholders for now. Arrest and maybe prison term in. Ghostly prison and collective restraint are options, probably in place of switcheroo and legerdemain. Mesa enchantress in for spawnbroker.

Prison term is a bad idea to have Zedruu the Greathearted hand to an opponent. Then again, vow of duty and vow of flight are too. But those two keep the opponent hitting other opponents, this would draw removal. Maybe Windborn Muse?

Deck is no longer in use. Will consider a future version. May want to try a more silly route with Lich's Mirror as a nonsense option.
