Experience counters can be used for.

Reducing Instant and Sorcery cost.

All are correct.  As long as you are casting the spell, Mizzix will reduce the cost.  Mizzix's text box makes no distinction between a mana cost or an alternative cost (like overload or flashback).  It will reduce whatever is required to cast the spell.

What about kicker and multikicker? I always get confused between the alternative costs like Overload, and additional costs like kicker. I think kicker would fall into the category of buyback and so Mizzix would reduce the cost.

Also correct.  Mizzix will reduce any cost you have to pay to cast a spell.

Mizzix is different from effects that let you cast a spell "without paying its mana cost".  Those effects will not let you use alternate costs like overload or flashback.  But you can still do additional costs like flashback and kicker with those types of effects.
