Let's see your stats

I don't really keep records of EDH games, but with the advent of brawl on arena I decided to keep a record of my stats throughout the week. It was an interesting exercise to say the least, discovering how frequently I won and lost over time and particularly whether or not my win-rates evolved as I played more and memorised each of the decks and possible answers to my actions.

I realise that most individuals here will have little interest for brawl, but I felt like posting my stats here anyways, because why not.

I tried building Thantis and I hated it. She's just not that great and relies too much on the other decks trying to win with incremental combat damage. I also made an Ezuri, Claw of Progress deck as my lending deck. My goal was to make a deck that I can lend to people when they don't have a strong enough deck to play with the rest of us. I occasionally test the deck out to see how it performs so I can tune it.

The real highlight was in December, when I discovered a new way of playing. Some of my friends were going to play a game with only mono-green decks. I didn't have one, so I thought I wouldn't be able to join in. They said I could join in if I make a mono-green deck in half an hour. Which is exactly what I did. It was a blast. Now what I often do is pull out some random commanders, get a friend to pick one, and then I make a deck around that commander. These decks are listed under "Improvised".
