I'd take mogis out since he gives your opponents the ability so sacrifice xantcha.

Also if you want to be lame, you can add the basalt monolith / rings of brighthearth combo, for infinite colorless mana and instakill someone.

Hmm.. since you've already added Archfiend of Despair, what about adding Havoc Festival for the combo? with both on the board, every player that isn't able to break this in his next turn dies.

Since you get Xantcha back, if the player that controls her dies, Harmless Offering is a good card to get rid of her again, without killing her.

What about Crown of Doom? It's always fun to play hot potato, especially if it can't come back to you (unless the current controller dies).

Stolen Strategy could be interesting. It's expensive manawise, but it offers a massive card advantage (one card per player and turn) if it doesn't get removed fast.

Besides that, I have to agree with superspenky, mogis isn't a good idea, since the player that currently controlls xantcha will sacrifice her first.
You say Prison Cell, I hear 'Holiday'.

With your Harmless Offering input, Judaspriester, they could not do that as when the player loses the game, all items they own are removed from the game and anything they don't own but control are put into exile(and it being EDH they are allowed to put the creature back into the command zone).

I'm sorry, but thats wrong. Here the errdata for Xantcha:
Quote
  • Xantcha’s first ability is a replacement effect that modifies how it enters the battlefield, not a triggered ability. Players can’t take actions (such as activating its last ability) while Xantcha’s on the battlefield before it’s controlled by another player. (2018-07-13)
  • If Xantcha can’t attack for any reason (such as being tapped or having come under that player’s control that turn), then it doesn’t attack. If there’s a cost associated with having it attack, the player isn’t forced to pay that cost, so it doesn’t have to attack in that case either. (2018-07-13)
  • The player who draws a card when Xantcha’s last ability resolves is the player who activated the ability. (2018-07-13)
  • Xantcha’s controller may activate its last ability. In this case, the same player loses 2 life and draws a card. (2018-07-13)
  • If a player creates a token that’s a copy of Xantcha, the player who creates the token is its owner, not the player under whose control it enters the battlefield. This is a change from previous rules. (2018-07-13)
  • In a multiplayer game, if a player leaves the game, all cards that player owns leave as well. If the player under whose control Xantcha entered the battlefield leaves the game, the effect changing control of Xantcha ends. (2018-07-13)

TL;DR: Xantcha's control change is a ETB effect. Because of this, the owner gets her back, in stead of her moving back to the command zone.
