Hello! I like the deck so far, I was toying with ideas for the same Oathbreaker.

I really like Whir of Invention in the Command Zone.

I noticed you are running very few artifacts for such a powerhouse Oathbreaker. He could win you the game on his own.

Your creature count is also very low, the format seems pretty aggressive and creatures are one of the best ways to kill walkers. There are a lot of mana producing artifact creatures that would synergize with Tezzeret very well.

Some other single cards I would highly recommend are Rings of Brighthearth, Grim Monolith, Fabricate, Hedron Archive, Seat of the Synod, Vault of Whispers, and Darksteel Citadel just to start.

Hi there!

The reason for me not running a lot of artifacts is because Stone Silence and Karn, the Great Creator is rampant in the format. I chose to put interactions instead of increasing the count of artifacts. The deck just focuses on winning the moment Tezzeret goes in and that is by Dramatic Scepter and having Mind's Desire and Aetherflux Reservoir as an outlet.

I was thinking of putting in Ugin and/or Karn for control purposes, and Kozilek, Butcher of Truth for card advantage if I wanted to utilize Tezzeret fully. Although, the real reason and the only thing that made me consider Tezzeret as the Oathbreaker is that it could gain me some life if the game gets dragged too long before I could setup.

Stoney Silence and Karn would definitely slow your deck down, but Tezzeret only cares that your artifacts are on the battlefield, even if they are just literal rocks at that point. His +2 is his best feature.

Along that line, Stoney Silence, Nullrod, and Karn will turn off Isochron Scepter and Aetherflux too, so you will still be dead in the water on your main win-con.

Have you considered running Tezzeret Stax? Run Nullrod and Karn, Cursed Totem, and more. Just slow the game down, hard cast him, and +2 for 8-10 damage a turn.

You only protect yourself from potential stax via counter or bounce (which I'm yet to put) via Chain of Vapor or Cyclonic Rift or other stuff.

Also, this deck would win by turns 2-4 depending on the draw so I think answering for potential aggro is a bit of a low consideration for me. As I've said, Tezzeret being out is only a 2nd line for me if I need the life or if I need to tutor since building the Dramatic Scepter combo is the primary line. It is easier to assemble those 2 pieces since the card count on the deck is much lower than commander. It's easier to draw tutors and those pieces together.

Dimir isn't the best color for stax. If the aim is to go for stax, I'd prefer Azorius colors and use Teferi, Time Raveler instead.
