Tuvasa the Sunlit

A 75% Tuvasa deck, meant to run smoothly in both casual and competitive environments without any of the overbearing combos (like Enchanted Evening + Aura Thief and the like). Budget, as you can see, is basically "good cards, but nothing that break the bank, like Serra's Sanctum". Also, the Hall of the Bandit Lord is a stand-in for the new land in Modern Horizons, Hall of Heliod's Generosity. Feedback is appreciated.

Hey,

if you want to speed up the deck a little, clean up your land base. My golden rule here is: "if it always enters tapped, it needs to have a significant effect".

Then, what about replacing Sigil of the Empty Throne with Open the Armory or Enlightened Tutor?  I think another (cheap) tutor is a little more interesting as some angel tokens later on.

Enchanted Evening is a must have for this deck. That and Enlightened tutor as mentioned above.
Consider also Nevermore and its blue counterpart Declaration of Naught. This way you can prevent the opponent's commander from being played at all!
