W/B vampires

A vampire deck that I'm experimenting with. I'm wondering if I should cut vampire nocturnus for more one drop vampires to abuse cordial vampire more. Should aether vial also be in this deck to help bring more vampires out? All advice and input would be helpful.

I have considered aether vile i just don't know what to take out of the deck. I'm kind of bad at just looking at a deck and saying yep this is the worst card.
