My advise-
extraplanar lens
is a neat card, but if your oponent uses the same land type as you (in this case,
plains
), then they will also add additional mana to their pool. HOWEVER, if you imprint
SNOW COVERED PLAINS
(which does not play very often) and your oponent has
plains
? Well, sorry bud, no extra mana for you!
Just a thing to
ponder
about

Here are some really good cards for this deck:
Resplendent Angel
Elspeth, Knight-Errant
Elspeth, Sun's Champion

Yeah I definitely agree about
Resplendent Angel
. It's ower on the curve than
Angelic Accord
and triggers
Bishop of Wings
so it makes a ton of sense. As to the Elspeths what do you think, drop
Extraplanar Lens
and add 1 each?

To be honest, i am not really a fan of
Aetherflux Reservoir
.. so i would cut -2
Aetherflux Reservoir
and add +2
Elspeth, Knight-Errant
. I also would cut -1
Extraplanar Lens
and add +1
Elspeth, Sun's Champion
.
And maybe replace the 4
Segovian Angel
with 4
Resplendent Angel
.
And do not
forget
about
Lyra Dawnbringer
..
Here is my favorite Modern Deck:
https://deckstats.net/decks/71266/1223182-mono-w-angels/en
It is mono white angels with some equipments

Sure if I wanted to dump a ton of money and completely overhaul the theme and strategy of the deck (which I don't). I do like that decklist though, just not what I'm going for here.
