Cavalier Miracles Budget

A Jaceless budget version of the classic Miracle deck, using the new Cavalier of Gales as a synergic finisher. Of course Jace and other staples, like more fetchlands, could always be added, if moneu aren't a problem. I'm looking for comments and suggestions to make this deck good without spending too much.
