I don't want to call you a liar, I just see no reason why they should print the Arcane Signet, which is clearly useless outside EDH, in Eldraine. Besides that, Chulane may be the (or at least one) morph commander.

/edit: okay, I've taken a closer look at the picture. The "ELD" tag for the set would mean that it's really from eldraine.. now I'm confused.

It is actually from Eldraine, they are bringing preconstructed brawl decksinto stores with this expansion (which seems like a pretty dumb idea if you ask me ). For more info read here:

That signet will probably be an auto-include going forward so this is one way for WotC to get EDH players to take a 'chance' on the Brawl product.   I'm not opposed to getting a second release of Commander-centric product each year, even with recent releases being very good for EDH in general to begin with.

I guess Wizards saying Brawl would be supported in Arena means they want to push that format's popularity as much as possible; which would also explain why Core20 seemed so Commander-friendly; guess it was actually Wizard's way of making sure there'd be more Brawl-eligible commanders available when the format comes to Arena.
