Grixis Dragonshift Standard Deck- Advice Welcomed and Appreciated!

Hi, all! I'm working on a new deck, trying to make it decent and more midrange than early aggro, but with a surprise later bomb in the name of Dragonshift. It's the main card of the deck, and I'd just like some help fixing this deck up a bit.
