cards print to wrong size

im printing on letter sized card stock and the cards come out larger than 2.5x3.5. what am i doing wrong? must i have a4 or can i use letter sized paper

It should work with both letter and A4. Make sure you have selected letter as the paper size in the Print dialog and disabled any automatic scaling options. If it's still not working please let me know!

i did everything you suggested. i have the option to scale at 100% or scale to fit and i chose scale at 100%

through experimentation when i scale it to 94% its the right size.

I switched to using chrome as as a browser instead of safari and everything worked out

Great to hear you figured it out. I'm not sure why Safari would be acting that way.
