I have a deck that uses these commanders, I like to run seething song, good way to get Okaun out turn three!

If you want to speed up the deck, replace some basics with ramp. Some cards that comming in my mind here: Terrain Generator, Mind Stone, Fellwar Stone, Izzet Signet, Izzet Locket, Sol Ring, Thran Dynamo
Replacing 4-5 lands this way should make the deck smoother to play.
