Try to build a competitive deck
I started to play magic again last year and went into  commander its mostly multiplayer
the power level of decks is pretty high.
so loosing after 5 rounds go infinity and other things .....
Any advice to make that deck better is very welcome.

Shalai Voice of plenty is not your commanders colour identity, a suitable substitute could be something like vilis brooker of blood(or any other big demon,angel, dragon)
also your mana base, is kinda weird, i mean you planning on using original dual lands (badlands, plateau), which are quite expensive while also using lockets as mana rocks.
Those cards are in differents budgets, and you should ask yourself what your budget for the deck is.

Have to exchange that out and its one Meekstone.
Not familiar with this builder yet.

Yes i am planing to use dual lands because i have some of them.
Shouldn't i use lockets?
Too much mana rocks?
I have 30 Lands and 12 other mana sources.
I want to improve the deck.

meekstone is a really odd card in your deck indeed, have you mixed it up with mind stone?
and yeah, lockets are bad. in the best case scenario you want to play kaalia on turn 2 and start attacking in turn 3- lockets wont help you with that plan.
i also noticed, that the deck has 101 cards. so you need to at least cut 1
one thing you are missing is card draw.
i would recommend running necropotence. maybe cabal ritual and dark ritual for additional fast mana.
necrologia if you are on a budget.
the next thing i would like to adress are the tapped lands, replacing them with check and shock lands will make you deck way faster
as odd as it may sounds- play red elemental blast and pyroblast. you need some sort of protection from counter spells. boiling sea is an option too (tough some ppl may hate you)

The 101 cars a mistake meekstone was 2 times in.
Have to correct that.
Could be that i have necropotence have to check that.
so you recommend to replace lockets with shocklands?
i am not familiar with them. know some from ravnica.
how many should i  use?
what would you take out for necropotence and the ritual?
would isochrom scepter anddark ritual be a way.
boiling sea i cant do.
what would you take out for redele blast and pyroblast? should i let meekstone and the winter  orb in?

meekstone will hinder you more, than anything, as your big creatures won´t untap. winter orb is a good addition as you dont care about having much at all.
shocklands are avaiable in every colour pair and like the og dual lands, have to basic land types, there are 3 you can play, as you have 3 colour pairs.
isochron scepter can help but not with dark ritual, as you have no consistent way untapping. speaking of untapping- the staff of domination won´t do much either- as i dont see how you are going to use it effectivly.
cards i would not play are the following:
mardu banner (too slow)
exquisite blood (lifegain is cool, but useless as you just want to kill your enemys, with sanguine bond and shit in a lifeain deck its good, but not in that type of aggro deck you are building)
honorable passage (unneccessary)
cave sense (not that great)
jandor´s saddlebag (there ae cheaper alternatives if you want vigilance)
quicksilver amulet (that is what you use your commander for, also 8 mana to something on the battlefield...)
cards you might also enjoy are extra combat cards like seize the day, i run it in my feather, the redeemed deck and almost everytime kills somebody out of nowhere, but in the end, its pesonal preference ^^

Thanks for the help so far.
So i take it lockets and the banner are to slow for the deck.
I should stick with something costing 2 Mana.
I should replace the lockets with shock lands.
I should remove Meekstone and  saddlebags ok, was an idea.
Exquisite blood and honorable passage are for preservation.
Everytime we play its some  frustrating combo killing erveryone at turn 4 or 5 or goging infinite with extra turns............
Its not fun.
So i thought to put something in to help to survive.
Staff of domination was for the case if the game goes over 6 rounds and i have something to do with mana.
Will think about it.
Two question :
Waht would happen when i keep exquisite blood and put in sanguine Blood and hit someone with a lifelink creature?
I see would only get one with it but would be nice.
Next question why cant i use the isochrom scepter with dakritual?
Assuming i use the scepter with a blue deck could i use it with  Brainstorm?
I am not familiar with  how the scepter worrks therefore the question.
I will change the deck could you take another look and let me know whats wrong or could be better.

the scepter works with dark ritual, but by far the coolest use is with dramatic reversal. (generating infinite mana with enough mana rocks/dorks). but yes you can use it with brinstorm in a blue deck. mystical tutor is also a funny one.
when you keep sanguine bond and exquisite blood in your deck they are an infinite life drain combo. you dont need to connect with a lifelink creature as exquisite blood will start the combo on its own as soon as damage is dealt.
