Love the license plate though that's a lot of dosh to drop just for the in-joke. 
On a personal note, if I ever somehow won that car, I'd likely sell it for a pair of the real thing.  After all, the card has continued to appreciate in value over the years, the car is worth less as soon as you drive it off the lot.

But when the Black Lotus is "played", it will be less worth. Same if you drive the car.
You shouldn't use either of these to get the value.
