I would strongly reccomend to go down to 36 lands and add 3-4 additional mana rocks. Mind Stone, Fellwar Stone, Thran Dynamo and Marble Diamond would speed up the deck. If you want to spend the money, Smothering Tithe would also help alot.

/edit: Luminous Bonds could be replaced with Darksteel Mutation. This gives your opponent a indestructible 0/1 blocker but since your angels fly, this isn't your problem. besides that the mutation also disables activated and triggered abilities.
