making a deck that sucks ressorces from opponents(could use some help)

the deck is about being instant speed and suprising the opponent, the deck so far:
- notion thief
- plasm capture
- wilderness reclamation

so i need some more cards that sucks ressorces, or if you have another good suggestion that isnt about stealing plz share

There is also a mono green 3 card combo that is able to destroy all lands, but only a real cruel person would play this.

What about reins of power and mindslaver combined with Academy Ruins or some other artifact recursion like Sharuum the Hegemon because we hate people.

March of the Machines makes this new artifact land a 0/0 creature (because lands have cmc 0)
Dross Scorpion untaps Liquimetal Coating, after the 0/0 creature died.
