I wanna say that Athreos isn't gonna be played in Standard because he's 6 mana, but Field of the Dead was a thing, so I don't know what to think anymore. Ashiok is le dope, though. 2/3s are respectable and her small minus is extremely good. I feel like she won't be in Standard because of the whole 3 mana planeswalker thing. She costs 5 mana and her +1 is eh, with her ending the turn with only 6 loyalty. The only way to guarantee good value out of her is -3ing her, but then that ends your turn with a planeswalker at 2 loyalty. Can't say for sure, though.

I need like 40 of those forests for my green EDH decks by yesterday. I really hope that those are the only basic lands in the packs, rather than the rare, full-art replacements like the full art basics in Amonkhet and Hour of Devastation I think? If you get one in every pack, prices will stay low (yay!) and I'll be able to afford them.

wasn't expecting to see sagas again, especially so soon, and in theros of all places.  Dominaria was a good place because from antiquities to the time spiral block was a good five thousand years.  I'm not too familiar with the lore of theros, just snippets here and there (I took a break from magic between RTR and Kaladesh, been an EDH guy since Amonkhet.)  So perhaps there's a lot of backstory, or references to past major events that I'm not aware of on cards/novels (if there were any)/other supplementary material.  or they're simply referencing the last Theros block...?  Unsure.  Anyway, still cool.  EDH might get a 5 color Sagas/historic deck soon.
