Hi dude. I think your mana base is too strange. I dont know why you have Red sources. If you wanna keep it, even being an almost Artifact deck, try something that find what you need. Seeing you are making a budget deck, Evolving Wilds is your roght answer for now.
Also, removes that green equipment. It does not work in this deck. This way you have now 2 less colors, becoming white, blue and black (Esper) only.

The red sources were for Outlaw's Merriment. But, I like your idea of going the Esper route.

The goal of the deck is to be budget friendly and non-rotating come October.

Do you think Doom Foretold is good here, or better as a Esper Stax/Prison deck?
