One problem is that you have a ton of lands an little ramp, I would add cards like wayfarer's bauble, mindstone, Crypt Ghast, Charcoal Diamond, worn powerstone or other ways to ramp (also I wouldn't count dark ritual because it is a one time use and isn't that major). Another problem is you have a ton of high mana cost spell, this will slow you down a ton. You should also add synergies like black market, gravepact, dictate of erebos, Fleshbag Marauder. Cards like Phyrexian Obliterator or Abyssal Gatekeeper only help if others cause it to (and they wont most of the time). As for the equpment, I am under the impression that is your finisher, and if I am correct I would recomend things like Blackblade Reforged, or Quietus Spike.
