You are right, but if you check the name of the deck you will see it says "peasant" which is the actual format of the deck. In Peasant you are allowed to play with 5 uncommuns, that is why I also have 2 copies of Jace's phantasm. But since in deck stats there are no place for peasant deck I choose that format becuase you can allways change the 5 uncommuns for communs. Hope you like the deck anyway!
